They must have the same filename as the zipped rom, but with a ".png" extension instead ".zip". The best part about this text file is that if I had (for example) 'abcdef.zip' but I didnt know what that stood for, I could search the text file. This is essentially a text file that lists all games and the files that should be in each.
Titles goes in the "titles" folder, previews in the "previews" folder, and icons in the "icons" folder. FinalBurn Alpha (FBA) romset list/guide I found it very easy to find a guide to MAME romsets.
